By accessing or using Veltrix.AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Veltrix.AI is a dashboard and analytics platform designed for futures prop traders. We provide account monitoring, AI-powered coaching, community features, risk management tools, and prop firm information. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or trading firm.
Nothing on Veltrix.AI constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information, AI outputs, analytics, and community content are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You must create an account to use most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You may connect your trading platform accounts (Tradovate, ProjectX, Rithmic) to Veltrix.AI. By doing so, you authorize us to access your account data for display and analytics purposes only. We do not execute trades on your behalf. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and never shared with third parties.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the Platform; (c) share false or misleading trading data in the community; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
By posting content in the Veltrix community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any trading data or information you share. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, AI outputs, or third-party information displayed on the Platform. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or financial damages resulting from use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
